Complete renovations took place at the science building, as well as a 3,500-SF addition. The science building contains classrooms, laboratories, offices, restrooms and common areas. Our scope included the complete interior demolition and renovations to the existing domestic facilities. The addition includes the installation of a green roof and hydroponic water system. New construction included all construction divisions of work, to include steel erection and MEP installation.
