February 2020 - October 2020
Trades of work performed included selective demolition, interior build-out, framing and drywall, millwork installation, flooring and finishes, structural modifications, lighting and electrical upgrades, plumbing, HVAC modifications, sprinkler systems, fire protection systems, and general MEP coordination.
The Chase Bank College Park project consisted of the interior build-out and conversion of an existing 3,000 SF restaurant space into a new retail banking center for Chase Bank. The project focused on transforming the former food service environment into a fully functional banking facility designed to support customer service operations, offices, transaction areas, and associated support spaces.
Scope included complete interior demolition and renovation activities along with construction of new architectural layouts, customer-facing banking areas, offices, and support spaces. Work included architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, sprinkler, and fire protection modifications necessary to support the new banking operations and occupancy requirements. Additional improvements included updated finishes, lighting, flooring, ceilings, millwork, and supporting building system upgrades throughout the space.
The project required detailed coordination among multiple trades to successfully convert the existing restaurant infrastructure into a modern retail banking environment while maintaining schedule and quality expectations. FS 360 managed construction sequencing, system coordination, and trade activities to successfully deliver the completed banking center.
