Trades of work performed included demolition, sitework, utility removals, concrete, structural construction, framing and drywall, flooring installation, millwork and casework, lighting and electrical work, plumbing, HVAC installation, telecom/data infrastructure, fire alarm systems, interior finishes, and general MEP coordination.
The Chase Bank Mars Hill project consisted of the demolition of an existing building and the ground-up construction of a new 3,526 SF Chase Bank branch facility. The project included removal of the existing structure and associated utility infrastructure to prepare the site for new construction activities.
The new branch was constructed to meet Chase Bank’s corporate design, branding, and quality standards and included high-end architectural finishes and detailed coordination throughout the project. Scope included all major components of ground-up construction, including site preparation, structural construction, interior build-out, and installation of new flooring, millwork, casework, lighting, and interior finishes.
The project also included installation and coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, power, telecom/data, and fire alarm systems necessary to support banking operations and customer service functions. FS 360 coordinated multiple trades, vendors, and system installations to successfully deliver the new banking facility while maintaining schedule, quality, and operational readiness.
