August 2021 - December 2021
Trades of work performed included selective demolition, interior renovations, roofing repairs, concrete repairs, flooring installation, lighting and electrical upgrades, utility upgrades, painting and finishes, millwork installation, and general MEP coordination within an occupied banking environment.
The Chase Bank Meeting Street project consisted of a 5,274 SF interior renovation of an existing Chase Bank branch located in Charleston, South Carolina. The project focused on modernizing the facility while maintaining operational continuity and delivering improvements within an occupied banking environment.
Scope included full interior demolition and renovation of the existing branch, including upgraded customer service areas, offices, finishes, flooring, lighting, and supporting interior improvements throughout the facility. In addition to the interior renovations, the project also included substantial roof repairs, concrete repairs, and utility upgrades necessary to support the updated branch operations and long-term building performance.
Because the building remained occupied during construction, the project required careful coordination, phased execution, and proactive communication to minimize disruptions to staff, customers, and daily banking operations. FS 360 managed trade coordination, scheduling, and construction logistics to successfully deliver the renovated branch while maintaining safety, quality, and operational efficiency throughout the project.
