January 2022 - March 2023
Trades of work performed included sitework, utility coordination, structural steel, framing and drywall, ACM panel installation, millwork and casework, flooring and finishes, landscaping, lighting and electrical work, plumbing, HVAC installation, and general MEP coordination.
The Chase Bank Summerhill project consisted of the ground-up construction of a new 3,981 SF Community Center Branch located within the Summerhill neighborhood of Atlanta. Designed to serve as more than a traditional banking facility, the branch was developed to provide expanded access to financial services, educational resources, and community-focused support aimed at promoting long-term financial wellness and accessibility for local residents.
Scope included comprehensive site preparation, utility coordination, and construction of the new banking facility from the ground up. Work included installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, structural steel, framing and drywall, ACM panel installation, custom millwork and casework, interior and exterior finishes, and associated landscape improvements throughout the site.
The project required careful coordination to meet Chase Bank’s corporate quality standards and ADA accessibility requirements, ensuring the completed facility was fully functional, accessible, and welcoming to all members of the community. FS 360 managed trade coordination, construction sequencing, and quality control to successfully deliver the new branch facility while maintaining schedule and performance expectations.
