FS 360, as part of the Carroll Daniel | FS 360 Joint Venture, is currently constructing the new North Clayton High School campus for Clayton County Public Schools. Situated on a 107-acre site, the approximately 380,000-square-foot facility is designed to serve approximately 1,700 students and replace the district's existing high school with a modern, community-focused educational environment.

The new campus includes academic classrooms, science labs, media and collaboration spaces, fine arts areas, dining facilities, wellness and support spaces, and a variety of outdoor gathering and learning environments. Designed to embrace the site's hilltop location, the facility incorporates extensive natural light, pedestrian connectivity, and flexible spaces that support both student success and community engagement.

As part of the project, the Carroll Daniel | FS 360 Joint Venture is also delivering approximately $15 million in athletic facility improvements, including a new football stadium, tennis courts, baseball and softball facilities, track and field elements, and associated site infrastructure. Additional athletic amenities include an indoor turf practice facility, basketball gymnasium, cross-country course, golf practice facilities, and outdoor recreation areas that expand opportunities for student athletics and wellness. The project remains actively under construction.
