FS 360 completed HVAC improvements at Stills Elementary School to enhance building performance, occupant comfort, and energy efficiency. The project included installation of 26 new rooftop units (RTUs), replacement of piping and gas lines, replacement of ceiling tile and grid throughout the facility, and reinstallation of existing light fixtures.

The work required extensive coordination between mechanical, electrical, and interior trades to ensure seamless integration of new building systems. With construction taking place during a compressed summer schedule, FS 360 carefully planned and executed all activities to achieve completion prior to the return of students and staff, minimizing disruption while delivering critical facility upgrades.
