Description:

The D1 Sports Buford Training Project consisted of the interior build-out and renovation of an existing gym space designed to support athletic training and fitness operations. The project focused on reconfiguring and modernizing the existing facility through interior demolition, new construction, and building system modifications to create a functional and updated training environment.

Scope included demolition of existing walls, installation of new partitions, ceiling grid systems, and millwork, along with rework and modifications to the existing HVAC and electrical systems to accommodate the updated layout and operational requirements. The project required careful coordination of multiple trades and construction activities within the existing facility footprint to maintain schedule and construction efficiency.

Due to project scheduling demands, portions of the work were completed during multiple shifts to accelerate progress and maintain the project timeline. FS 360 coordinated project logistics, trade sequencing, and field operations to successfully deliver the renovated athletic training space while maintaining quality and safety throughout construction.
