The Delta Air Lines DFW Reservations Renovations project consisted of the renovation and finish upgrades of an occupied 90,000 SF reservations facility operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The project focused on modernizing the workspace environment while maintaining continuous operations for Delta Air Lines personnel throughout construction.

Scope included renovation of all interior finishes throughout the facility, replacement of all flight reservation workstations, and renovations to five existing restrooms. Additional improvements included installation of new furniture, millwork, carpeting, lighting fixtures, and fresh paint throughout the building. The project also included construction of a new Mother’s Room along with installation of new interior partitions requiring modifications to existing fire sprinkler and HVAC systems.

Because the facility remained continuously occupied and operational throughout construction, the project required extensive coordination, phased execution, and flexible scheduling to minimize disruptions to staff and daily operations. FS 360 worked closely with Delta Air Lines stakeholders to coordinate logistics, sequencing, and construction activities within the active environment while maintaining safety, operational continuity, and schedule performance.
