November 2015 – March 2016
Trades of work performed included selective demolition, tenant improvements, framing and drywall, glass wall systems, doors and hardware, flooring installation, ACT ceilings, millwork and casework, lighting and electrical upgrades, telecom/data systems, plumbing modifications, HVAC adjustments, fire alarm systems, and general MEP coordination within an occupied operational facility.
The Delta Air Lines GO Legal Renovation project consisted of the demolition and renovation of approximately 30,000 SF of office space for Delta Air Lines’ legal department within a secure and fully operational facility. The project focused on creating a modern, energizing workplace environment while maintaining continuous operations throughout construction.
Scope included complete interior demolition and reconstruction of the space, including new restrooms, breakroom facilities, office layouts, partitions, glass wall systems, interior doors, hardware, flooring, ACT suspended ceilings, millwork, casework, and upgraded interior finishes throughout the facility. The project also included extensive mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, power, telecom/data, and fire alarm system upgrades required to support the renovated workspace environment.
Due to the compressed schedule and occupied operational environment, portions of the work were completed during multiple shifts to minimize disruptions and maintain project progress. FS 360 coordinated logistics, trade sequencing, and operational impacts to successfully deliver the renovated legal department space while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule performance.
