August 2018 - December 2018
Trades of work performed included selective demolition, millwork and casework installation, flooring replacement, lighting and electrical upgrades, power modifications, fire alarm systems, HVAC coordination, interior finishes, and general MEP coordination within an occupied operational facility.
The Delta Air Lines Training Lobby Renovation project consisted of a 2,000 SF lobby renovation completed within a fully operational Delta Air Lines facility under a compressed construction schedule. The project focused on modernizing the lobby environment through upgraded finishes, building systems, and architectural enhancements while maintaining uninterrupted operations throughout construction.
Scope included installation of new millwork and casework, flooring replacement, lighting upgrades, and general interior finishes throughout the lobby space. The project also included mechanical and electrical upgrades, power modifications, and fire alarm system improvements required to support the updated layout and operational needs of the facility.
Because construction occurred within an actively occupied environment with continuous operations, the project required extensive coordination, phased execution, and flexible scheduling. Portions of the work were completed during multiple shifts to minimize disruptions to facility occupants and maintain schedule requirements. FS 360 carefully coordinated logistics, trade sequencing, and operational impacts to successfully deliver the renovated lobby space while maintaining safety and functionality throughout the project duration.
