March 2025 - December 2025
Trades of work performed included selective demolition, framing and drywall, interior finishes, flooring, ceilings, painting, millwork, doors and hardware, mechanical, electrical and plumbing modifications, lighting, technology infrastructure, and general MEP coordination. Work was completed in phases across two floors within an active university campus environment.
The Emory University Pathways Center project consisted of the renovation of approximately 13,500 SF across two floors of an active campus facility. The project transformed the existing space into a dedicated student support environment featuring private offices, workstations, meeting areas, and flexible collaboration spaces designed to serve students, faculty, and staff.
Construction was carefully phased to maintain ongoing university operations throughout the renovation. The project included reconfigured interior layouts, updated finishes, MEP modifications, and enhanced technology infrastructure. Close coordination with Emory University and project stakeholders allowed each floor to be modernized while maintaining access, minimizing disruption, and supporting continued campus activities.
