Trades of work performed included site development, grading, paving, concrete, covered parking structure installation, underground utilities, drainage improvements, lighting and electrical systems, striping, landscaping, and general civil coordination.
The Fast Park & Relax Expansion project consisted of the expansion of an existing off-airport parking facility serving the International Terminal at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The approximately 5-acre expansion added 540 new covered parking spaces to the existing 1,652-space facility located on Charles W. Grant Parkway in Atlanta, Georgia.
FS 360 was contracted to oversee and execute construction of the expansion in accordance with the project plans and specifications. Scope included site development, paving, utility coordination, covered parking structure installation, drainage improvements, lighting, and associated infrastructure required to support the expanded parking operations. The project required careful coordination to maintain ongoing facility functionality and operational access throughout construction.
