The Georgia World Congress Center Social Table Renovation project consisted of the renovation of an existing 3,000 SF restaurant and commercial kitchen space within the active Georgia World Congress Center. The project focused on modernizing both the front-of-house dining area and back-of-house kitchen operations while maintaining coordination with ongoing convention center activities and daily operations.

Scope included interior demolition, construction of new partitions, installation of casework and millwork, flooring replacement, lighting upgrades, and new interior finishes throughout the restaurant and kitchen areas. The renovation also included upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and fire alarm systems, along with coordination and integration of commercial kitchen equipment and supporting infrastructure required for the updated space.

Because the work was performed within an active convention center environment, the project required careful planning, phased execution, and extensive coordination to minimize disruptions to facility operations and visitors. FS 360 managed multiple trades under a compressed schedule while maintaining safety, quality, and operational continuity throughout construction.
