February 2020 - June 2020
Trades of work performed included selective demolition, interior renovations, framing and drywall, flooring installation, millwork, lighting and electrical upgrades, restroom renovations, painting and finishes, landscaping, exterior building improvements, civil sitework, and general MEP coordination within an occupied healthcare facility.
The Good Samaritan Health Care Center of Cobb project consisted of the demolition and interior renovation of an existing 11,864 SF medical office space, along with significant exterior building, landscape, and civil improvements completed within an active healthcare environment. The project focused on modernizing both the interior patient care spaces and exterior site conditions to improve functionality, appearance, and overall patient experience.
Scope included selective interior demolition and renovation of reception areas, office spaces, examination rooms, restrooms, and support areas. Interior improvements featured new millwork, upgraded finishes, flooring, lighting, and associated building system modifications throughout the facility. Exterior work included building façade improvements, landscape enhancements, and supporting civil upgrades required to improve site accessibility and overall property aesthetics.
Because the facility remained operational throughout construction, the project required detailed coordination, phased execution, and careful logistics planning to minimize disruptions to patients, staff, and daily healthcare operations. FS 360 coordinated multiple trades and construction activities while maintaining a safe, clean, and functional environment throughout the duration of the renovation.
