Trades of work performed included selective demolition, interior build-out, framing and drywall, flooring installation, painting, millwork, lighting and electrical upgrades, plumbing modifications, HVAC adjustments, and general MEP coordination within an occupied healthcare facility.
The Grady Health System Cascade Health Center project consisted of a 9,200 SF renovation of an occupied healthcare clinic focused on modernizing the facility while maintaining uninterrupted patient care and daily operations throughout construction. The project included a full interior build-out of Suite B along with renovations and upgrades throughout the existing health center.
Scope included improvements to exam rooms, reception and waiting areas, staff support spaces, break rooms, physical therapy areas, and other clinical and administrative spaces. Renovations featured new flooring, updated millwork, fresh paint and finishes, upgraded lighting, electrical and plumbing improvements, and supporting HVAC and MEP modifications to enhance the overall functionality and appearance of the clinic.
Because the facility remained operational during construction, the project required careful phasing, detailed coordination, and proactive communication with clinic staff to minimize disruptions to patients and healthcare operations. FS 360 implemented strategic scheduling, controlled work areas, and occupied renovation protocols to maintain safe access, reduce noise and dust impacts, and preserve a clean, functional healthcare environment throughout the renovation process.
