The Grady Health System North Dekalb Center Renovations project consisted of the renovation of approximately 20,000 SF of occupied healthcare clinic and pharmacy space completed within a compressed schedule and secure operating environment. The project involved significant interior demolition and renovation of existing medical office and pharmacy areas while maintaining ongoing healthcare operations adjacent to the construction activities.

Scope included demolition and reconstruction of reception areas, office spaces, examination rooms, pharmacy support areas, and patient consultation spaces. Renovations featured new millwork, upgraded interior finishes, flooring, lighting, and associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing modifications required to support the updated clinical environment. A featured component of the project included a high-end consultation room with upgraded architectural finishes and custom sliding barn door installation.

Because the facility remained operational throughout construction, the project required detailed phasing, infection-control-conscious practices, and extensive coordination with clinic staff and facility operations. Portions of the work were completed during multiple shifts to maintain schedule requirements and minimize disruptions to patients, staff, and daily medical operations. FS 360 carefully managed logistics, safety, and sequencing to successfully deliver the project within the accelerated timeline while preserving a safe and functional healthcare environment.
