The Grady Memorial Hospital Bedtower Bundle consisted of a large-scale, multi-floor renovation designed to increase patient capacity and provide additional patient beds within the Metropolitan Atlanta area. FS 360 partnered with Turner Construction as a joint venture construction team, working alongside TVS Design to complete renovations across multiple floors and two wings of Grady Memorial Hospital, Atlanta's only Level 1 Trauma Center.

The project was organized into multiple phases, each involving the backfilling of existing medical-surgical spaces and relocation of support functions across multiple floors. Work within each bundle was carefully coordinated to prevent redundancy between planned renovations and allow multiple design and construction efforts to proceed concurrently.

Because construction occurred within an active hospital environment, detailed phasing, logistics planning, and coordination were critical to maintaining ongoing patient care and hospital operations. Through close collaboration with Grady Health System, the design team, trade partners, and project stakeholders, the team successfully advanced construction while minimizing disruptions to patients, staff, and critical healthcare services.
