Trades of work performed included interior renovations, exterior improvements, architectural finishes, structural modifications, lighting and electrical upgrades, HVAC systems, plumbing, low-voltage systems, fire protection systems, tunnel and transit station improvements, and general MEP coordination within an active airport environment.
The CPTC Airside Modernization project consisted of major renovations and infrastructure upgrades across three concourses, Automated Guideway Transit stations, and connecting tunnels within the existing domestic terminal complex at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. FS 360 served as a Joint Venture Partner on the project delivered within a secure and fully operational airport environment.
Scope included interior and exterior renovations, complex MEP system upgrades, architectural finish improvements, and modernization of aging airport infrastructure designed to enhance passenger experience and operational functionality. The project required extensive coordination, phased execution, and compressed scheduling to maintain continuous airport operations throughout construction.
