Trades of work performed included sitework, concrete, framing, roofing, drywall, flooring, painting, millwork, glazing, landscaping, hardscape installation, utility coordination, lighting and electrical work, plumbing, HVAC installation, and general MEP coordination.
The Bricks project consisted of the ground-up construction of a 1,500 SF multi-family leasing office designed to serve as a central amenity and leasing hub within an active apartment community. The project included high-end interior finishes, exterior architectural features, associated landscaping, pavilions, and outdoor community gathering areas intended to enhance the resident experience and overall property appeal.
Scope included site preparation, building construction, interior build-out, utility coordination, hardscape and landscape improvements, and construction of supporting outdoor amenity spaces. The leasing office featured upgraded finishes and modern design elements tailored to complement the surrounding residential development.
Because construction occurred within an occupied multi-family environment, the project required extensive planning, logistics coordination, and communication to minimize disruptions to residents and ongoing property operations. FS 360 carefully managed access, deliveries, site safety, and construction sequencing while maintaining a clean, organized, and functional environment throughout the duration of the project.
