February 2020 - January 2021
Trades of work performed included selective demolition, interior build-out, framing and drywall, millwork, flooring and finishes, lighting and electrical modifications, café area construction, and general MEP coordination.
The Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurship Chase Lounge project consisted of a 1,947 SF interior build-out within the basement level of the Russell Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. The project focused on creating a modern and functional lounge environment to support collaboration, meetings, and informal gathering space within the active facility.
Scope included construction of new enclosed conference room spaces, demolition of an existing wall to expand and create a self-serve café area, and associated interior finish improvements throughout the lounge environment. Additional work included modifications to existing building systems, lighting, finishes, and supporting MEP coordination required to accommodate the updated layout and functionality of the space.
Because the project was completed within an active facility, careful coordination and scheduling were required to minimize disruptions to ongoing operations and building occupants. Portions of the work were completed during multiple shifts to maintain schedule requirements and construction efficiency. FS 360 coordinated trade activities, logistics, and field operations to successfully deliver the updated lounge and collaboration space.
