Trades of work performed included interior build-out, framing and drywall, millwork and casework, flooring, painting, lighting and electrical work, plumbing, HVAC modifications, fire alarm systems, telecom/data infrastructure, food service plumbing, grease waste systems, and general MEP coordination.
The Starbucks Jonesboro project consisted of the construction of a new 2,500 SF Starbucks retail café within an existing shell space, delivered in accordance with Starbucks’ construction standards, operational requirements, and schedule expectations. The project included a complete interior build-out of the customer café, ordering, service, and back-of-house support areas required to create a fully operational food service environment.
Scope included construction of interior partitions, installation of millwork and casework, flooring, lighting, ceilings, and interior finishes throughout the space. The project also included mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and telecom/data upgrades necessary to support café operations and customer experience requirements. Additional coordination was required for food service plumbing, grease waste systems, equipment connections, and supporting utility infrastructure associated with the specialty food and beverage equipment.
The project required detailed coordination among multiple trades, vendors, and equipment suppliers to maintain schedule performance and meet Starbucks’ quality and brand standards. FS 360 managed construction sequencing, inspections, and system coordination to successfully deliver a functional and operational retail café environment.
