May 2018 - July 2018
Trades of work performed included interior build-out, flooring installation, millwork and casework, hardware installation, painting and finishes, lighting and electrical work, plumbing, HVAC modifications, telecom/data infrastructure, fire alarm systems, and general MEP coordination.
The Starbucks Three Alliance Center project consisted of the construction of a new 2,500 SF Starbucks retail café located within the Three Alliance Center building in Downtown Atlanta. Delivered in accordance with Starbucks’ construction standards, operational requirements, and schedule expectations, the project included the complete interior build-out of the café and supporting service areas within the occupied office tower environment.
Scope included installation of new hardware, flooring, millwork and casework, lighting, interior finishes, and associated architectural upgrades throughout the space. The project also included mechanical, electrical, plumbing, power, telecom/data, and fire alarm system upgrades necessary to support café operations and customer service functions. Coordination of specialty equipment connections and supporting food service infrastructure was also required as part of the build-out.
Because construction occurred within an active high-rise office building in Downtown Atlanta, the project required detailed logistics planning, coordination with building management, and strict adherence to building access and operational requirements. FS 360 coordinated multiple trades and vendors to successfully deliver the project while maintaining schedule, quality, and minimal disruption to surrounding tenants and daily building operations.
