This project transformed a previous hotel into a vibrant supportive housing community designed to meet the needs of its residents. The development features comfortable living units paired with an array of shared amenities, including a fitness center, business center, great room, warming kitchen, multiple residents lounges, and libraries. These spaces were thoughtfully designed to encourage connection, promote wellness, and provide resources for daily life.

Our scope of work spanned nearly every trade, with improvements that included electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems; painting and flooring; glass and drywall; acoustical ceilings; waterproofing and roofing; and abatement, demolition, and landscaping. We also managed the installation of doors, finishes, and specialty details that brought the design to life.

Through close coordination with the architect, Leo A Daly, and project partners, we delivered a complete, high-quality facility that balances functionality with comfort. The result is a welcoming environment that not only offers housing but also fosters community, stability, and opportunity for its residents.
