The Catamount | FS 360 | POH+W team will serve as the design-build team for this transformative public safety project. This milestone marks the beginning of construction on a major investment in the City’s emergency response and training capabilities.
The approximately $58 million development will deliver a state-of-the-art facility designed to support coordination, operations, and hands-on training. The project includes a 50,000-square-foot administrative headquarters, an Emergency Operations Center, a 911 call center, and specialized training components such as a burn building, vehicle extraction area, and outdoor training environments.
Designed to support both fire and law enforcement personnel, the complex will provide scenario-based training opportunities that enhance preparedness and response across agencies.
The groundbreaking ceremony brought together City leadership, project partners, and community stakeholders to mark the official start of construction and celebrate the vision behind the project.
Through a collaborative design-build approach, the team is aligned from the earliest stages to ensure efficiency, coordination, and a streamlined delivery process.
At its core, this project represents more than new construction, it is a long-term investment in the safety, resilience, and future of the City of South Fulton.
