FS 360 recently completed the renovation of the Emory University Pathways Center, transforming approximately 13,500 SF across two floors of an active campus facility.

The renovation created a dedicated student support environment featuring private offices, workstations, meeting areas, and flexible collaboration spaces. The project also included reconfigured interior layouts, updated finishes, MEP modifications, and enhanced technology infrastructure to support the evolving needs of students, faculty, and staff.

Working within an active university environment required careful planning and coordination throughout construction. The project was phased across two floors, allowing campus operations to continue while each area was renovated and prepared for use.

Close collaboration between FS 360, Emory University, IA Interior Architects, our trade partners, and project stakeholders helped maintain access, minimize disruption, and keep work progressing throughout the renovation.

The completed Pathways Center brings together functional workspaces, student resources, and collaborative environments within a modernized setting designed around connection and the student experience.
